Advertising Supervisor supervises and coordinates the daily activities and staff to develop and execute advertising concepts and campaigns that deliver results and meet organizational and stakeholder objectives. Adheres to budget, expenditure, resource allocation, and project timelines for all advertising campaigns. Being an Advertising Supervisor coordinates with vendors to design and deliver promotional materials aligned with marketing campaigns and events. Incorporates processes to ensure advertising quality, consistency, and effective branding. Additionally, Advertising Supervisor supports metrics and data analytics processes to measure campaign effectiveness and assess return on investment. Recommends innovative and new advertising methods and initiatives that utilize industry and competitive intelligence. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Advertising Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Advertising Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
