Being a Consumer Lending Manager conducts team training on company products and services. Coaches team members to promote a sales culture, improve selling techniques, and meet goals. Additionally, Consumer Lending Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Consumer Lending Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.
