Customer Insights Supervisor supervises customer market research projects and data analysis. Monitors projects and initial results analysis to provide insights. Being a Customer Insights Supervisor ensures the quality and accuracy of studies, surveys, and other research. Utilizes a variety of methods including focus groups, surveys, competitor and industry research to produce useful customer insight data and make recommendations to stakeholders. Additionally, Customer Insights Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Customer Insights Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions.
