Diversity Specialist V administers programs that promote employee and vendor diversity. Ensures compliance with internal polices and external diversity regulations. Being a Diversity Specialist V fosters knowledge and adoption of diversity, equity, and inclusion topics and best practices. Ensures organization employs strategies to attract, develop, and retain members of underrepresented groups. Additionally, Diversity Specialist V compiles statistics, metrics, and reports to assess the progress and effectiveness of diversity initiatives. May be responsible for delivering diversity training. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Diversity Specialist V works autonomously.
