Consults with industry leaders and subject matter experts to identify training program objectives, standards, and requirements and to design appropriate course content. Being a Member Education Curriculum Developer develops outlines, instructor notes, and materials for in-person or online courses and self-study programs. Evaluates the software or collaboration tools to be used for training. Additionally, Member Education Curriculum Developer establishes metrics to use to evaluate training effectiveness. May collaborate with or coach trainers. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Member Education Curriculum Developer work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
