Global Webinar/Events Manager

The Global Webinar/Events Manager  is a key member of the Commercial Marketing Team. This role reports to the Senior Director, Brand and Marketing Communications and is responsible for planning and implementing 10x Genomics Webinars and providing support for Global Trade Shows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global webinar program by working closely with the Strategic Marketing and Regional Marketing teams to plan and implement 10x-hosted and 3rd party hosted webinars.
• Drive lead generation and customer engagement via flawless execution of live and on-demand webinars
• Create and maintain global webinar calendar and identify resourcing needs
• Lead 10x-hosted webinar execution; collaborate with Strategic Marketing to set-up, promote and host webinars via the webinar software platform and marketing automation platform. Assist with webinar presentation reviews and approvals and recordings.
• Serve as the 10x Genomics point of contact to provide necessary information/content and facilitate transfer of post-webinar deliverables (i.e. recordings, editing, registration lists) for 3rd party hosted webinars
• Support Regional Marketing webinar programs by providing global webinar templates, documentation and training
• Work closely with the Lead Generation team to create and maintain global webinar event templates in the marketing automation platform and to ensure timely transfer of webinar data into the CRM database
• Manage the webinar software platform and provide training and best practices as needed
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to update and create webinar creative and tactics as needed
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of all webinar programs, identifying and program and process improvements
• Support implementation of global trade shows and regional events including developing registration pages and promotions. 

Required Skills and Background

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or scientific discipline or equivalent
• 3 or more years’ experience in digital, social media or event marketing roles
• Experience working with an event platform
• Proven skills in executing and hosting/moderating live events or webinars
• Excellent interpersonal communication, relationship building, teamwork, and project management skills
• Extremely detail-oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced organization with changing priorities
• Must be proficient in written and spoken English

Desired Skills and Background

• Experience with On24 webinar software is a plus
• Experience with Market marketing automation is a plus
• A power user of Microsoft PowerPoint
