Media Coordinator Responsibilities

Assist with the following:

Social

• -Develop Master Content Calendar and Monthly Content Calendar
• -Develop social posts (copy, photos/images when appropriate) and post to profiles
• -Community management
• -Coordinate with regions – edit posts, help schedule in Content Calendar
• -Gain legal approval of posts
• -Community management – ReTweets, responses to comments/complaints, etc.
• -Upload videos to YouTube
• -Monthly reporting, one-off reporting requests, larger reporting/competitive analysis’
• -Other – assist with social campaigns, events, promoted posts?, etc.

Paid Media

• -Asset selection & URLs for emails/eNL text ads
• -Selects for emails
• -3rd party email approval
• -Date changes
• -Issues (late assets, problems with assets, etc)
• -Google/LI/FB management
• -Forward leads to leads alias 
• -Reporting/optimization
• -Liaise with media agency
• -Asset/select archiving

3rd Party Webinars

• -Management – secure broadcast date, secure information for landing page/gain approval and publisher promotion (content, bios, logo, photos, selects, etc.), schedule pre-recording date (if necessary), liaison with webinar manager at publisher 
• *Unclear who is responsible for listing on website, internal email or blog post (if needed)

Events on 10x website

Add events to 10x website as needed.

*Assumptions

• -3rd party creative development management and delivery will be done by Project Management in 2020
• -3rd party email development will not be managed by media in 2020
• -Webinars go to new dedicated webinar manager?
