    ▶ About This Opportunity

    Responsibilities

    Build, manage, and own the effectiveness and quality of multiple concurrent Learning Programs based on audience or portfolio assigned, ensuring that our programs are delivered seamlessly and achieve their learning impact.

    Partner with business Leaders and SMEs to determine needs based on organizational/functional gaps and goals to develop yearly Learning Business Plans. Design and develop programs for maximum efficiency, effectiveness and learner experience. Make recommendations and proposals for changes as needed to achieve higher levels of effectiveness through continuous improvement. Influence and collaborate crossfunctionally and within Learning & Development team to design, development, implement, evaluate, and optimize changes. Be primary project manager and design/developer overseeing multiple end-to-end projects concurrently to include communications, budget, event management, and ongoing updates/feedback processes.

    Qualifications

    Bachelors/4 Yr Degree CPLP, Instructional Design Certifications (ATD) Experience: 3-5, Instructional Design, Project Mgmt, Multi-Media Dev, eLearning Dev.. Strong/expert knowledge of eLearning development, multi-media development, video development, andlearning technology tools. Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building knowledge/skills. Multi-faceted experience that includes (but not limited to): Operations, Instructional Design, Project Mgmt, Multi-media Development, Facilitation, and Performance Improvement Technology. Proven ability to manage large-scale and complex projects and programs effectively.
