Responsibilities

The Gasoline Logistics Analyst will routinely complete those tasks that will allow SEI Fuels to properly account for the volume run through the business.  This includes tasks that must be done on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.  The primary trait needed for success will be an attention to detail on processes, and the ability to successfully perform fuels transportation tasks.

• Perform Inventory Data Analyses and distribute Inventory Reports to all stakeholders daily
• Research missing BOLs and BOLs with errors for 7-Eleven USA and Canada. Validate and perform a correction of the BOL as necessary
• Work closely with Accounting to insure accurate and timely processing of carriers’ delivery data
• Research issues pertaining loadings, deliveries and billings for 7-Eleven USA and Canada
• Maintain data integrity in FMS and Foresite system by making changes as required in tank/grade alignment, supply terminal/product alignment, supplier information, product cost and freight rates
• Understand gasoline trucking logistics and manage freight rate data bases
• Analyze and publish Daily Outage Report for USA and Canada
• Oversee opening and closing store process, re-branding process, communicate and update fuels systems accordingly
• Update and publish Hauler Scorecard for all 7-Eleven USA and Canada carriers
• Work closely with Environmental Compliance to ensure environmental matters are addressed to environmental personnel in a timely manner
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree preferred or 5+ years previous experience in transportation, fuels, fuels accounting or environmental compliance. Or 2 years' experience with a 4 Yr Degree.
• Experience: Previous transportation, fuels or/and fuels accounting related experience preferred
