We’re looking for A-Players to join our internal growing team! 

Experienced Accounting Associate needed for rapidly growing Austin-based consulting practice. Position will be a part of our internal team supporting business operations. Position requires a can-do, hands-on attitude and an ability to provide superior financial services to support our growing business. Successful applicants will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment, be comfortable interacting with all levels of the company, and will possess the accounting skills necessary to add value by improving processes and procedures.

The ideal applicant is an A-Player who is comfortable having responsibilities that may vary from month to month.  Some of the responsibilities of this position will include:

• Performing semi-monthly invoicing process and leading A/R collections efforts
• Review, code, and route for approval Accounts Payable invoices using bill.com
• Grow into performing semi-monthly payroll processing and associated peripheral elements
• Assessing current processes for efficiency and controls, and proposing, documenting, and implementing process improvements;
• Supporting internal operations and consultants on various cross-departmental projects; and
• Support with routine monthly close journal entries
• Perform cash entries and monthly bank reconciliations

Requirements

• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel and Outlook 
• 2 to 4 years progressive accounting or bookkeeping experience
• QuickBooks experience preferred
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
