As part of the digital product manager team, our Apps Product Manager supports multiple products within a line of business, as well as monitors and maintains documentation of enhancements, issues and systems defects and reports on trends and opportunities for improvement. Additionally, the Product Manager applies industry best practices and executes established product strategy to assigned work or projects, especially for the AAA mobile app and corresponding website functions.
Core Job Responsibilities
Acts as point of contact for the relationship with business and technology partners
Works with senior members of the team and partners to create the roadmap for their line of business
Works actively with the business and team to resolve issues
Develops metrics with analytics team to track and monitor product or system performance
Works independently and in group environments
Exercises discretion in determining priorities and the best methods to use when directing team efforts and resolving product design or enhancement challenges
Provides research or develops options, and makes recommendations to effectively address design and enhancement issues
Manages multiple systems or applications projects, tracking key requirements and metrics to ensure that the final product meets objectives.
Analyzes the market, competitive position and customer research of assigned products.
Defines and delivers product strategy and product roadmap for assigned business, systems or application products.
Proposes and recommends goals, metrics and objectives for products, applications or systems, and plans assigned projects to help achieve department goals.
Provides input to recommended changes to policies and guidelines.
