Summary

The Associate Product Marketer will drive rapid consumer adoption and inspire amazing brand loyalty within GIG Car Share. This individual also designs communication tactics to attract new users, focuses on knowing the target Member and developing ways to improve interactions with the Member.

Essential Functions

• Communication - Ability to convey information to another effectively and efficiently

• Tactical Planning - Formulates, sets goals, determines actions to achieve the goals, and mobilizes resources to execute the actions

• Creativity - Ability to evaluate qualitative and quantitative facts, make connections, and generate solutions

• Brand loyalty - Cultivating a pattern of Member behavior where Members become committed to a brand and make repeat purchases form the same brands over time

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Consumer life cycle knowledge - Knowledge of the progression of the steps a customer goes through when considering purchasing, using, and maintaining loyalty to a product or service

• Research - Ability to assess a situation, seek multiple perspectives, gather more information if necessary, and identify key issues that need to be addressed. Identify, scrutinize, improve, and streamline complex work processes through highly analytical thinking and analysis

• Analysis - Examines data and facts to uncover and understand cause-effect relationships, thus providing basis for problem solving and decision making

• Brand management - Analyze and plan on how a brand is perceived in the market, and developing a good relationship with the target market

Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification

• Bachelor's degree (Required)

• 2+ years combined experience in marketing, brand, and product management (Preferred)

• New user acquisition experience across a broad portfolio of marketing channels (Preferred)

• Experience working in a consumer packaged goods organization (Preferred)
