JOB SUMMARY
Coordinates the scheduling and completion of service jobs outside of the AAA Smart Home service area by communicating with customers and service partners directly. Controls the process through the initial call, scheduling, follow-up and completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DUTIES:
Answer inbound service calls and coordinate scheduling of service with designated service partners
Provide follow-up with service providers and customers to ensure that jobs have been completed and that they meet or exceed the standards of AAA Smart Home

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Two or more years in a customer service industry role
Strong customer service communication and conflict resolution skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Some call center experience is desired
