Summary:

Responsible for the execution of our Member Service Center Emergency Roadside Service strategy.  Representing the brand to the marketplace, reinforcing the trust and integrity it represents. This includes delivering amazing Member Experience every time by recruiting and developing talent in all roles. 

Essential Functions

• Develops strategic and tactical plans to ensure all performance SLA's are meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Responsible for executing behavioral tactics to achieve established goals.
• Provides active, engaged leadership through behavioral coaching and mentoring.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Highly developed leadership skills, quantitative and analytical skills with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Office Suite products.
• Automotive/mechanical background (preferred).

Education & Experience / Licenses & Certification

• 2+ years experience in a high volume call/contact center in a 24/7/365 delivery of on-demand services prefered
• 2+ years Management / Leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Preferred)

Work Environment/Physical Requirements

Works in an office environment sitting at a desk, table or computer workstation for extended periods of time.  May travel by car, plane or other form of transportation to attend business meetings or conferences. Approximately 50-80 percent of the time spent on the job involves the use of a personal computer.
