Summary:

Responsible for project management, data analysis, and reporting of our ongoing custom tracking studies.  The person in this role needs to have prior experience with quantitative and qualitative approaches, with the ability to lead multiple research projects, while communicating clear and actionable insights.

Essential Functions

• Provides project leadership and project management of various ongoing tracking studies.
• Conducts Data analysis and interpretation of tracking study results.
• Creates and conceptualizing data reporting and presentations.
• Shares results cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and lines of business.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods including questionnaire development
• Strong communication, organization and writing skills
• Evidence of strong analytical skills; ability to use research as a tool in decision making
• Ability to self-prioritize and deliver against competing concurrent projects
• Self-driven with the ability to work in a self-guided manner
• A working knowledge of basic statistics (confidence level, p-value, power, statistical significance, regression, SPSS) (preferred)
   

Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification

• Bachelor's degree in related area (BA/BS degree in business, statistics, marketing, psychology, consumer behavior or related discipline)
• 1-2 years previous market research experience on supplier or client side

Work Environment/Physical Requirements

Works in an office environment sitting at a desk, table or computer workstation for extended periods of time.  May travel by car, plane or other form of transportation to attend business meetings or conferences. Approximately 50-80 percent of the time spent on the job involves the use of a personal computer.
