Summary:

A Dispatch Coordinator works with the leadership team/dispatch agents and consistently communicates on Out of Network (OON) Service Providers (SP) processes, alerts, and bulletins.

Essential Functions:

• Manage processes for OON SP including but not limited to payments, calls, and remote schedules.
• Compile weekly reports and schedule/notify dispatchers of training session dates and times with calendar invite
• Work closely with Automotive Field Representative (AFR) when updates are needed.
• Schedule and notify dispatchers of training session dates and times with calendar invite
• Work with National on all RAP Process for clearing calls and answering questions and work with Emergency Roadside Service Payment Team on Payment Issues
• Update Emergency Road Service programs to reflect accurate information for the business.
• Work closely with Analysts and develop training plans for processes.
• Support dispatch, Call Receive (CR) , and DOC’s when needed. (floor coverage, escalation calls, etc.).
• Attend bi-weekly meetings to discuss statistic and opportunities.
• Process synopsis on escalation calls to provide feedback as needed to all AAA business partner

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities 

• Skilled in payment processing, process improvement, and administrative skills.
• Intermediate technical support skills via phone and email.
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
• Skilled in project management as well as problem solving.
• Advanced Spreadsheets/Word Processing/PowerPoint skills.

Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification

• High School Diploma (Required)
• Minimum 2 years Dispatch experience (Required)
