Summary of Position:
The Warranty Service Customer Support Coordinator’s position is responsible for issuing Return Material Authorization’s (RMA) to customers wanting to return product (Warranty) or pay Abaco to have their product repaired (Service). They will have direct interface with internal Abaco partners and customers. They will provide predetermined Service pricing and move forward once a Customer PO stating the agreed upon pricing and all customer requirements. Will assist in managing a pipeline of Warranty and Service work orders. This positions main goal is to build a partnership that will allow Abaco customers to provide the insight needed in continually improving on time delivery, turn-around time, and first pass yields.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
· A Customer Advocate who is the first Point of Contact (POC) for the Customer and takes “ownership” of the Warranty RMA work order to ensure that the contractual delivery date will be met.
· A Customer Service Representative who maintains a high level of customer service at all times by promptly responding to warranty service calls, and providing status updates on existing work orders.
· A Problem Solver who listens to the customer and can lead them to clearly communicate their issue in order to start the process of identifying the root cause of the issue.
· A Communicator that speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions and effectively communicates resolutions to the customer.
· A Team Player who works with and cooperates with other Abaco Team members to achieve the goals of the RMA Department.
