Promotions Analyst
YOU ARE more than just a title, YOU ARE…
- A Creative Brand Specialist. You will support the
Associate Director, Consumer Loyalty in the development and implementation of
all brand promotions tied to the consumer loyalty program. This role is
critical in the execution of all promotions and campaigns. A significant
portion of this position is performing duties related to the day-to-day
operations of brand promotions and the management of the promotion’s engine.
You will be detail oriented, solution driven, process minded, and resourceful.
- A Strategic Team Player. You will be closely involved in campaign
strategy and development and will monitor promotion through execution. The
strategies developed will help to retain current members, drive acquisition of
new members, convert existing members to our portfolio of products and
offerings, while maximizing the consumers overall lifetime value with our
brands. You will be responsible for understanding promotion/campaign best
practices, engaging in cross-functional conversations across different
businesses and will regularly surface business analytics and insights to all
stakeholders. You will coordinate campaign planning and design, manage the
promotion engine, understand targeting and criteria selection, aid in the
creative management process and help to guide campaign monitoring and analysis.
Responsibilities also include understanding and supporting the consumer and
provider database.
YOU WILL:
- Assist in
development of all Promotions and Campaigns
- Coordinate the
strategy, development, execution and optimization of campaigns
- Collaborate
with cross-agency partners and support Associate Director in planning and
executing promotions
- Document
business rules and processes associated with the Promotions Engine and maintain
documentation as needed
- Data reporting
and analytics – manage evergreen reporting and ad-hoc reports as requested by
user groups or stakeholders
- Assists with
additional projects and performs other duties as assigned
- Assist field
and sales counterparts as needed
- Admin duties as needed
QualificationsYOU BRING:
- Bachelor’s
Degree
- Two or more
years of marketing experience
- Previous
experience in Promotion marketing, Loyalty program and direct marketing B-to-B
and B-to-C, retail and/or multi-channel marketing industry preferred.
- Previous
experience with Salesforce a plus
- You will be technically savvy, innovative,
personable, detail oriented, extremely organized with great rapport-building
skills.
- You will have a strong ability to develop
relationships through careful listening skills and attention to detail.
- You will have the ability to partner with all
cross-functional teams including senior leadership, brand marketing, data,
analytics, engineering, performance marketing, creative, legal, and compliance.
