• Support the identification of process improvement opportunities in the OTC, PTP or RTR process area
• Drive completion and update of relevant documentation, such as SAP Process Design Documents (PDD), Business Processes Desktop Procedures (DTP) documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) documentation, and Business Process Procedures (BPP)
• Participate in process improvement design and validation
• Provide guidance to the training organization for the OTC, PTP, or RTR process area
• Support prioritization of ERP enhancement requests and support the resolution of tickets with the SAP technical team, Shared Services Organization (AFS), Business Process Outsourcer, Centers of Excellence and Affiliates

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting. MBA/CPA preferred.
• 8 plus years of progressive Accounting/Finance experience.
• The ability to interact with and support senior level management and to partner effectively and independently in a matrix organization, for example with the Treasury CoE, Supply Chain Distribution & Logistics CoE, Tax CoE and Accounting CoE.
• Ability to drive, influence and manage change. Proven project management expertise. Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, planning and decision making skills and ability to work independently. A highly motivated self-starter who can translate broad directions into high quality analytical output.
• Extensive interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a high energy level. Builds strong relationships with peers and cross functionally with partners outside of team to enable higher performance.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and technical and content strategy skills.
• The ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities and shifting priorities under tight timeframes.
• Open to new ideas, creative and utilizes value-added principles in approach.
