Job Summary: Plans, directs, and manages CaterXpert system rollout and ongoing maintenance at Abigail Kirsch. Overall management of the CaterXpert system at Constellation Culinary Group and Design Cuisine. Implementation and oversight of CaterXpert CRM system and database at all three brands. 

Qualifications:

-      College degree preferred.

-      2+ years prior administrative experience.

-      Prior CaterXpert experience required

-      Prior hotel/hospitality/catering experience preferred.

-      Excellent computer skills necessary, including Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office Suite

-      Ability to communicate work related information to co-workers, supervisors, vendors and clients.

-      Organized and Detail Oriented.

-      Able to work flexible work schedule in order to accommodate business levels. 

Essential Job Functions: 

Abigail Kirsch Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup and roll out of the CaterXpert system for Abigail Kirsch
• Create the training plan and supporting documents to execute the rollout
• Set up new accounts, users and file maintenance in CaterXpert

• Responsible for administrative support, including but not limited to:
• Merged Document Setup
• All FOH and BOH reporting needs
• Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings and training sessions.
• Perform and complete all reasonable assignments as requested by management. 

Constellation Culinary Group & Design Cuisine Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the Director of Catering and the Executive Chef for all CCG and Design Cuisine units are supported relative CaterXpert.
• Directly responsible for liaising with any project manager from CCG/AK/DC or Elior. 

Abigail Kirsch, Constellation Culinary Group & Design Cuisine Responsibilities: 

• Ensuring all information is in entered into CaterXpert & CBORD - including but not limited to the following, recipes, measurements, portion sizes, detailed step-by-step preparation of all recipes, labor requirements per event type a package, all décor and supporting equipment.
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reporting as needed and required.
• Responsible for developing/implementing & communicating event procedures, standards and expectations to all event management, in conjunction with senior management.
• Assisting in the setup and roll out of new accounts and users.
• Ensure that database is always maintained and up-to-date, coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure only active menu items/packages are available.
• Assist in BEO formatting and finalization as needed.
• Communicate with sales, culinary and booking staff, as needed, to ensure understanding of menus and client needs.
• Assists accounting department as needed. Tasks include, but not limited to GL coding, Accounts receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory and reporting.
• Perform and complete all reasonable assignments as requested by management.
• Follow proper time keeping policies and procedures.
