The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is a key member of the clinical operations leadership team striving to address this cornerstone of our mission.  The ROM partners with medical services leadership to lead and oversee a geographic area including clinical, ancillary, & specialty services. The ROM provides focused leadership, exceptional service, and clinical excellence to deliver patient centered care within a complex regulatory environment. MPH, MHA, MBA preferred 10+ years of experience in Healthcare Operations 7+ years of multi- disciplinary staff management experience including managing a staff of five (5) or more managers Working knowledge of electronic health record systems required, EPIC Clinical Software System preferred Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, including Microsoft Teams Key Deliverables Manages direct reports, communicating expectations, providing coaching and feedback, monitoring, and managing performance and providing development opportunities. Maximizes patient access by creating efficient workflows that support the patient center medical home model care delivery Collaborates with Regional Medical Directors and medical staff to ensure that standard work is fully implemented in the health centers to optimize the patient's care and service experience while achieving clinical and financial performance goals. Leads and partners with an interdisciplinary team including but not limited to medical, ancillary services, administrative departments, and external partners to ensure the alignment and integration of services in the health centers within a defined region. Maintains ACCESS quality assurance and compliance programs, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and institutional requirements. Audits health centers ensuring the provision of quality care and services to patients and staff.
