FUNCTION:
The Community Inclusion Manager is responsible for the direct supervision of Community Inclusion Professionals. The Community Inclusion Manager is expected to train, monitor, schedule, and facilitate the administration of staffing. The Community Inclusion Manager is responsible for integrating individuals with disabilities into the community to participate in work recreational, leisure, and volunteer activities. The Community Inclusion Manager will work with individuals with disabilities to help them achieve their goals based on their individual preferences and abilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service or related field plus 3 years of experience supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Supervisory experience preferred. Effective communication, organizational, interpersonal, and planning skills required. Satisfactory Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances required. Valid PA Driver’s License preferred.
