ACHIEVA Lead Janitorial Working Supervisor (FT) Salary in the United States

FUNCTION:

Plans and implements vocational programming for individuals in the Cleaning & Janitorial Program. Develops and implements individual goals and ensures daily integration of individual’s work skills and production objectives through training and supervision. Acts as a resource to staff and oversees various operational duties in absence of Site Manager. Acts as a major customer liaison regarding production and quality issues. Reports to the Manager of Cleaning and Janitorial.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supports the achievement of individuals’ personal outcomes.
2. Assists with oversight of customer concerns and quality assurance duties.
3. Serves as Secondary customer contact point and responds according
4. Assists with recalculations of Task & Frequency Charts
5. Assists Site Manager with processing payroll
6. Reviews and submits inventory on a monthly basis in absence of the Site Manager
7. Develops and monitors Individual Work Progress Plans for individuals with disabilities assigned to caseload.
8. Monitors and evaluates the performance of individuals with disabilities and takes action to improve or sustain performance as needed.
9. Completes and reviews various documents relevant to staffing and assessment.
10. Ensures that individual goals are clearly communicated to appropriate personnel.
11. Ensures the integration of programmatic and production demands so that individual needs and production goals are met.
12. Prioritizes scheduling of jobs and assigns workers to tasks.
13. Ensures that all cleaning performed complies with contract specifications.
14. Provides direct training and supervision of workers with disabilities.
15. Ensures close communication with customers.
16. Assists with inspections of annual modification requests
17. Assists with development of annual costings and contract
18. Communicates relevant information to internal managers, external customers, family members, and other organizations.
19. Conducts monthly safety meetings with documentation.
20. May be required to provide a cell phone for availability for work purposes. May be eligible for cell phone stipend.

Qualifications

The equivalent of a High School Diploma and one-year related experience. Must possess and maintain a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license. Knowledge of productivity measurement, task analysis, and time studies preferred. Act 33/34 & FBI clearances required.
