In this role you will Assist in all aspects of Accounts Payable including weekly payments to vendors, associate expense reimbursements, and matching of invoices. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Assist in processing a large quantity of timely payments to vendors on a weekly basis - Apply proper tax treatment to invoices  - Utilize electronic processing for invoice data entry and approvals - Understanding of Chart of Accounts as related to Accounts Payable invoice allocation - Ability to work closely with other departments (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving) to resolve questions and problems - Perform 2, 3, and 4-way invoice matches - Code vendor invoices for Purchase Order (PO) and General Ledger account distribution following proper tax use guidelines - Investigate issues related to unapproved invoices and communicate internally and externally to resolve - Review and process associate expense reimbursements in travel and expense reimbursement program - Assist in processing weekly ACH, wire, and check payments OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform other work-related duties as assigned - Assist in month-end close
