What does an Business Development Representative do at companies like GRAPHISOFT?

We are looking for a Business Development Representative who will work alongside our Account Managers and Sales Managers to increase sales in addition to building and maintain relationships with potential customers.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns, prospecting and meeting quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with client. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will play a crucial role in boosting sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

General responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Research, identify, and tenaciously generate weekly new opportunities
  • Maintain a high volume of activity including calls, emails, & social selling
  • Qualify potential new customers and schedule meetings
  • Research potential accounts, identify decision makers, generate interest
  • Manage daily and weekly lists of leads and participate in follow-up with sales team
  • Play an integral part in our marketing and sales process and use the latest tools available

Inside Sales Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2-3 years’ experience with lead generation or prospecting
  • Proficient in use of Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Experience w/phone communication
  • Excellent time management
