Greater Nevada Credit Union is looking for an dedicated professional with a passion for Helping More People Live Greater! 

About The Position:

The Branch Manager II is responsible for supervising and leading the branch sales team of a Level II branch to success in achieving production goals. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all branch activities. This position coaches and supervises branch operations to insure efficient operations and excellent member service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Effectively demonstrate our passion and purpose as a non-profit organization by “Helping More People Live Greater.”
  • Monitor and evaluate branch sales activities to insure the achievement of sales, service and financial performance goals.
  • Manage assigned operations within established budgetary guidelines where possible, or proactively acquiring approval for budget variances where deviations are required.
  • Apply appropriate procedures and reporting requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act.

  • Greater Nevada Credit Union’s Eagle Station branch:
481 Eagle Station LaneCarson City, NV 89701
  • Located in an idyllic small community in beautiful Northern Nevada
  • No travel required

Compensation

  • Compensation is dependent on experience

Physical Demands

  • While performing the duties of your job, you may regularly be required to sit/stand and use a keyboard, mouse, phone, and multiple monitors for an extended period (including repetitive motions with hands, fingers, arms, etc.).
