What does an Administrative Assistant, Records Department - Portsmouth do at companies like SERVICE CREDIT UNION?

Service Credit Union is seeking an Administrative Assistant where you will perform administrative duties supporting the Records department.

Pay: Starting at $17.59 per hour. Flexible based on experience.

Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday

Work location: Portsmouth, NH

The Day to Day:

  • Sort and deliver all incoming and outcoming credit union mail and meet pick-up times set by currier.
  • Assist with telephone and email requests from members, branches/contact center, and additional departments.
  • Prepare and track Records-related certified and overnight documents to ensure delivery and research any delivery issues.
  • Prepare documentation by prepping, scanning, and indexing documents to Hyland OnBase System for applicable branches and department daily work.
  • Scan, file, quality control and index all titles, supporting title documentation, and Certificates of Origin. Manually input applicable information into DNA from received documentation and VINtek.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Must be detail oriented and able to manage time appropriately.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and various web-based applications required.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
