SERVICE CREDIT UNION ATM Coordinator Assistant - Portsmouth Salary in the United States

Join us as an ATM Coordinator Assistant where you will support  operations  specific to Automated Teller Machines, to include card processing, performance reporting, exception processing and availability monitoring, with an emphasis upon uptime and service availability.

Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour. Flexible based on experience.

Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 5:00

Work location: Portsmouth, NH

The Day to Day:

• Assists in the coordination of all ATM activities both stateside and overseas.
• Assists in the preparation of all paperwork for vendors involved in an install, swap or change of an ATM.
• Monitor all ATM’s both stateside and overseas using Fiserv’s Premier Monitoring tool. Update Premier Monitoring contacts when changes are made.
• Maintains spreadsheets of all hardware and software for each location on Share Point up to date.
• Prepares all ATM reporting for monthly reports.
• Dispatch maintenance as needed to the ATM’s (NCR/Loomis).
• Participate in all required training and adhere to written policies and procedures of the credit union including BSA, OFAC and security.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines with strong attention to details.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products.
• Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task.
• Ability to recognize and resolve issues promptly, using courtesy and tact.
• Associates Degree within a business, management, accounting or finance discipline desired.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for up to 2 hours.
• Ability to lift boxes up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to use computers for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to travel to other work locations as required, if needed.
