Job Overview: 

The Marketing Arm is looking for an Account Supervisor for our Experiential team in Chicago or Dallas.  This candidate will have experience helping with the creation and execution of local marketing plans (events, media, partnerships, etc.) in a variety of capacities.  Candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet very stringent deadlines, and be overly detail oriented.  In addition to a positive attitude to fit the culture, the candidate must be self-sufficient yet contribute as a team member to a larger mission.  Position will include travel, long hours and only people with a strong work ethic need apply.  

Responsibilities:

  • Provide best-in-class brand stewardship, project management, day-to-day client service and team leadership
  • Project management across multiple programmatic workstreams interacting with various internal and external counterparts across multiple disciplines of work
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the client’s business and mission
  • Demonstrate a positive, genuine, can-do attitude
  • Contribute with strategic partnerships focusing on advancing financial well-being of account
  • Overcome geographic distance to establish close relationships with all team members and clients
  • Ability to manage, motivate and lead teams/vendors /agency partners with mission
  • Collaborate closely with creative and strategy on ideas
  • Meet with project leaders to pull together budget, scheduling and approval details
  • Monitor schedules and keep the team aware of pending deadlines
  • Lead internal and client presentations
  • Develop client feedback into actionable and clear creative direction
  • Be effective in establishing trust - especially from the team, peers, leaders and clients
  • Proactively find ways to eliminate problems and add value
  • Travel and attend meetings and events as needed 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications(or similar)
  • Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Understanding of Media, PR, Strategy, Analytics and Research disciplines
  • 6-8 years relevant experience in a client service-oriented role
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Experience managing integrated teams preferred
  • Experience with multi-million dollar programs
  • Government experience preferred
  • Background check required
  • Comfortable with creating, leading and delivering presentations
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate, positive, and solution-oriented.
