Job Description Job Description Duties - The parent aide will provide in-home services for families referred by Lancaster County children and Youth agency. The parent aide will provide support and instruction for parenting requiring parenting, life skills, and/or maintaining a safe and nurturing home environment. The Parent aide is responsible for providing program intake and initial visit, assessment, monthly reporting on service delivery and communication with the provider agency. They will also meet with the family in home or in the community according to the goals set for each family.
