I’ve had several interactions with this group, and every one has been positive. A highly collaborative workplace with a mission that genuinely inspires. Training and advancement opportunities exist, particularly for those proactive about growth. Employees access continuous development and wellness programs. Training opportunities exist but vary depending on department resources. Workload is consistent, though processes can be overly bureaucratic. Collaborative environment with strong support for professional development and continuing education.

There’s little room for decision-making without approvals. What I enjoy most about this job is the consistency. Extremely resourceful and quick to address concerns. Leadership encourages learning and development.

It’s a decent place for long-term employment, especially if you’re not looking for rapid growth or innovation. While still dynamic and challenging, there's a certain rhythm and established structure that allows for better long-term planning and stress management, contributing positively to overall employee well-being and a sustainable work-life balance. Being part of a strong team that directly contributes to shaping public policy, educating future generations, and providing essential services is incredibly fulfilling. The meaningful work we do in public service provides a strong sense of purpose and pride. That said, the people are friendly, and the mission is meaningful.
