Managers are fair but largely hands-off. My experience here has been mixed. Managers invest in their teams and provide regular feedback that helps with professional growth. Leadership provides direction, but feedback loops are affected.

Training programs exist but are rarely customized. Some teams were very prompt while others took longer. We're kept informed about company performance and future plans. I felt like part of the team from day one.
