Training programs are thorough, and leadership recognizes and rewards dedication and performance regularly. It’s a good place for structured roles, though some may find it lacks fast-paced innovation or excitement. Summer Fridays are a much-loved benefit! That extra half-day each week in the summer allows for more time with family and friends. This respect for employees’ personal lives is a significant and valued benefit. The onboarding process was seamless, and I had access to mentors who helped guide me early on.
