Established in 1990. Homemade green chili, huge pancakes, and always excellent service! Original owner Ray Hill opened Mountain Shadows Restaurant in 1990. Through the '90s, the restaurant was open days and nights, but like everything else, was hit by the recession and was sold in 2000.
