About Prestige Learning Institute
Prestige Learning Institute is dedicated to quality education for adult immigrants in Houston, Texas. We are a project of Urban Catalyst inc., a recognized 501(c) (3) non-profit organization. In the fall of 2012 we began with two pre-literate ESL classes at the Baker-Ripley Neighborhood Center. Each year we have expanded the number and type of classes being offered.
