Staff are motivated and compassionate, which creates a respectful and efficient workplace. The professional development opportunities are outstanding - I've grown more here professionally than anywhere else. I feel proud to be on this team.

Recognition programs and informal acknowledgments from supervisors and peers make a big difference. Instructions were given quickly, leaving little room for questions. Their therapists' dedication to patient progress is evident in our satisfaction surveys and improved quality metrics. Coworkers help each other during stressful times, and leadership recognizes those efforts. The work environment is respectful but could benefit from improved communication and faster implementation of new initiatives. I’ve worked in other facilities where corners are cut—and it is here.

Communication tends to be top-down, and departmental collaboration varies. Truly a workplace that values purpose and progress. There’s a lot of emphasis on professional development and continued education.
