I’ve found the company to be well-organized with a strong focus on clear communication. I've worked here for over a year, and while it’s been a stable experience, I haven’t felt particularly inspired. The company offers a nurturing team. We don't have meetings just for the sake of it.

Some teams are highly efficient, while others lag. Summer Fridays are a much-loved benefit! That extra half-day each week in the summer allows for more time with family and friends. There’s minimal encouragement to go beyond the role's scope, and though the environment is supportive, it can feel stagnant.

With great employees, they have the resources to handle volume but individual interactions felt transactional. It’s a good starting point or a steady role for those who prefer routine, but may not appeal to highly driven individuals. Our work is fast-paced and exciting. It feels great to be part of a forward-thinking company that isn't afraid to evolve.
