The BabbCenter is a counseling ministry extension of FBC Hendersonville. The counseling ministry began in 1995 with the addition of the first member to the church staff to provide counseling services to the community. As the need for counseling continued to grow, an office building adjacent to the church was acquired that provided the opportunity to expand the counseling services offered. In May of 2002, the newly named BabbCenter was opened. The counseling ministry was renamed the BabbCenter after Roy and Marguerite Babb who had committed their lives to service to others. In 2012, the BabbCenter celebrated 10 years in the current location, and in 2015, the church celebrated 20 years of providing counseling as a ministry extension of the church.
