Job Description: Summary: The person in this position will undertake challenging work pursuing state and federal environmental review and complex permitting opportunities primarily in the Midwest. The person in this role will work with Barr's clients and teams to identify, scope, and manage environmental review, permitting, and compliance projects; provide technical advice and support; build and maintain client relationships; and pursue business development opportunities. Work will include supporting characterization of environmental resources, impact assessments, mitigation planning, project permitting, and environmental monitoring/compliance in various levels of responsibility, based on project needs.
