The Role We Want You For The Senior Mechanical Engineer - Corporate Infrastructure and Healthcare will be working with in-house Development, Architecture, and Construction teams to provide Mechanical HVAC Design and Quality Assurance on projects for our nationwide clients. Projects will consist of commercial corporate infrastructure (primarily data center and telecommunications industries) and healthcare markets for existing building improvements and new construction. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Desktop support: Provides daily support for the computing desktop; including operating system, software installation and maintenance, and hardware. Respond to assigned tickets. Evaluates, prioritizes, resolves problems and requests, or escalates to appropriate support areas. Acts as the front-facing support liaison for all desktop-related support issues. Provides support documentation for Tier 1 Service Desk.
