While candidates with construction experience are preferred, we will train any person who is willing to work hard and take pride in your craft. Starting hourly pay is based on work experience In this role, you will install blown-in cellulose, fiberglass, and spray foam insulation systems into walls, attics, basements, and crawl spaces. You will also conduct blower door tests to evaluate whether buildings are airtight. You must be capable of performing physical work both indoors and outdoors. Work Schedule & Duties: Report at 7:30 am, Load materials, Go to local construction sites in our trucks. Operate various insulation machines Install insulation.
