Our client, a Boutique Activist Investment Management, is seeking a new Full-Time/Permanent Executive/Personal Assistant to support one of its Co-Founders/Managing Partners. Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of applicable executive administrative experience supporting a top-level/C-level Executive, ideally within financial services but open to corporate backgrounds, and a Bachelor’s degree is required. Ideal candidates should be reliable, polished, professional, moldable, and possess a “no task is too big or small”/“all hands on deck” mentality and excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). They should also have strong Microsoft Excel skills and exposure to AI would be a huge plus.
