Supervisors are respectful and available when questions arise. A positive atmosphere where hard work is appreciated. Supervisors know your name, and coworkers look out for each other. The scale and impact of production are simply awe-inspiring. Operations are mostly smooth, but occasional bottlenecks occur. I've spent 15 years in manufacturing and this is by far the best company I've worked for. Schedules sometimes change with short notice.
