Training opportunities exist but are more useful early in the career. It’s a solid company with strong values and forward-thinking leadership. My career has grown more in the past two years here than in the previous five at my old job. The company does care about its people, but sometimes struggles with implementation. Client focus is at the heart of everything we do, which is impressive for a company of this size.

We’re encouraged to think creatively and solve real problems, making daily work meaningful and rewarding. Leaders are approachable and open to new ideas. While it isn’t the most exciting place, it's reliable and professional. I've worked here for over a year, and while it’s been a stable experience, I haven’t felt particularly inspired. Employees are encouraged to think creatively and take ownership of their work. There’s a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and innovation, which keeps the work stimulating. The institutional knowledge in this firm is invaluable. Decision-making is data-driven but still considers employee feedback.

The culture is one of open communication and support. Work processes are clearly outlined, though they can be inflexible. The company offers knowledge sharing. Colleagues are friendly, and management is approachable. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by my team.
