We are seeking a Project Manager (with Product Management experience) to work on a 6 month project in San Antonio, TX. The project consists of 12 to 13 people business leaders, 35 project analysts and 60 associates within a retirement services division. You will be working with product owners and analysts, looking at cross product dependencies, and making sure that there are no duplicate efforts. You will be interacting with directors, senior business program managers, and the teams that support those products. Most products have quarterly plannong processes where initiatives are mapped out for the quarter. Two week sprints for the most part. Financial services experience is preferrable, and retirement record keeping experience is a plus, such as working with EmPower or Fidelity. The position is onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
