We offer commercial, residential, graduate and undergraduate housing. Many of our units have large yards and garages, ideal for young families. We allow pets in most of our units. Yard mowing is included with our properties, so you can spend your time on more important matters. Many of the apartments and duplexes we offer are located conveniently to shopping areas or Campus. Most units have off street parking and a metro bus stop nearby. Our office is open 6 days a week and we offer full time maintenance staff and emergency after hours call service. This web site displays all the properties that Hometown Rentals, Inc. manages in Oxford, Ohio and Liberty, Indiana. Our leases run from August 1st to July 31st. Current tenants are given until May 15th to decide to renew their lease. After that date, we will have a list of properties available for August. To get a list of properties, please call our office at 513-523-2611. If you need a property within our current lease period, please check with the office.
