The Law Firm of Peck & Tuneski, P.C. was established by Robert D. Peck, and David Fabricant on January 1, 1979. The firm, under the name of Peck & Fabricant, opened with an office in East Lyme, Connecticut. The two partners, native to the New London County area, rapidly developed a varied practice with real estate as its primary focus. Robert S. Tuneski, joined the firm in 1981, after a career in the Coast Guard. Shortly thereafter, business growth required a move to a more centrally located business area, and in 1982, the firm moved to Montauk Avenue, New London, Connecticut. In conjunction with the relocation, the firm's name was changed to Peck, FabricantTuneski, P.C., then to Peck & Tuneski, P.C. As the litigation area of the firm grew Patricia Modzelewski joined the firm in 1985. Jonathan Peck came to Peck & Tuneski in 1987. They were both made partners in 1991. After the retirement of Bob Peck and Bob Tuneski, Patti and Jon acquired 10 Pearl Street, New London, Connecticut and moved the firm there in 1999. While Jon and Patti have both been with the firm over twenty years, our firm's success is due in large part to our staff. Many of them have been with us for over twenty (20) years. And all of them are excellent at their jobs. Their dedication to our clients and to our practice are an invaluable resource for us and our clients. In August of 2012, Stuart Einhorn joined our firm. Stu practiced in Norwich for over thirty years and developed a well rounded practice in the areas of real estate law, workers' compensation, negligence, probate and wills. After a long and successful career Stu retired October 31, 2015. While our practice was built on excellence in the area of real estate law you can be assured that whether it is real estate, estate planning, divorce mediation or any other area of practice the lawyers and staff at Peck & Tuneski will provide you with quality legal services for your home, your family and your future.
