He/She will work with other department managers to plan, coordinate and implement all process improvement programs to ensure maximum operational and cost efficiency. He/She will focus on implementing and supporting cost-saving capital projects in the areas of Production, Shipping, Building Maintenance and Quality Assurance, but may also develop process improvement programs in administrative areas. The implementation of such projects includes long-term monitoring of program effectiveness through statistical reporting and analysis as well as other methods.
