Overview: The Operations Special Projects Coordinator is a contract role at Together Womens Health (TWH) who will assess partner provider groups and implement operational best practices as directed by the Vice President of Operations. Responsibilities: Diagnose practice level operational issues and lead teams to successfully navigate roadblocks prohibiting performance. Assess team member training needs and implement training programs. Workflow redesign and implementation while utilizing change management best practices. Assess EMR optimization needs and develop a plan to implement. Practice level direct and overhead expense analysis. Successful rollout of all identified TWH Best Practice initiatives as defined by the Vice President of Operations to achieve the specific outcome objectives defined for each partner provider group.
