JOB TITLE:Director Construction Management DEPARTMENT: Platform Delivery REPORTS TO: SVP Design and Construction SUMMARY: Working closely with the SVP Design and Construction, this successful Director will develop best-in-class construction management policies, tools, and best practices. Taking on a leadership role within the organization, this individual will also be a key player in developing and implementing a robust training and accountability program that ensues performance of Platform Delivery team to construction management best practices.This successful candidate will possess an industry leading reputation and history of providing leadership and direction in construction policies, vendor relationships, accountability, training and employee development, subcontractor and supplier relationships, project and group predictability and profitability.
